It is only a 30 minute drive from the lodge to get to Banana Bank. Banana Bank is well suited to accommodate groups and families with children and if you are interested in photography, art, or birding then you are in for a treat.

Banana Bank is home to about 50 (a mare has a colt every once in a while) of well-kept, mixed breeds, predominately quarter horses. This combination provides sturdy but agile mounts necessary to negotiate river terrain and jungle trails.

The horses are well trained to give you a pleasant and comforting ride. The guide who is bilingual will accurately describe the ride you will encounter including pace, experience required, and terrain. You will ride through exotic jungle trails that lead you deep into the jungle. The adventure is meant for you to have fun and for you to enjoy the ride, surrounded by the lush jungle.
