Subject: Thanks, I had a great time
I just saw your website online. I stayed at your resort in 2007, had a blast. The resort was amazing, out of this world, beautiful. My room was so nice that I took photos and sent them to all of my friends. The activities were fantastic and lots of fun. I went tubing through the caves, zip lining and saw the butterfly sanctuary. Everything was right there. Food was great, bar made some tasty drinks. I'd definitely visit again, and again. I had a good time at the zoo also. If you're ever back in the states, drop on by my wildlife sanctuary. Thanks again.

Just returned from Jaguar Paw - Jaguar Paw Jungle Resort and wanted to share my photo's of the resort (CLICK HERE) . It is the only one like it. Day tours can be done to all the archeological sites as well as diving. Each of the 16 rooms of this boutique hotel has hand painted murals, modern bathrooms and airconditioning. Activities are excursions to ruins, Zip lines, repelling, butterfly breeding area, indigenous animals, crystal cave tours, cave and jungle river tubing.

Subject: Our Visit to Jaguar Paw
Hello to our friends at Jaguar Paw!
My family visited the resort last Tuesday, November 3, 2009. We traveled to Belize via the Carnival Glory. We were celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday. I must say that I was a bit apprehensive about booking a tour that I had not seen in person before. But, after a few emails with you and some help via your toll free number, I decided to give it a whirl.
I can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I was with our result. We were met by a wonderful driver Adelso (I hope I spelled it correctly...) He gave us a very informative ride from the city to the resort. We enjoyed hearing about Belize, as well as Adelso himself.
This was a first for all of us to experience zip lining. We all loved it. Henry and Harrison were both good teachers and we always felt very safe along the way. They did a wonderful job of walking us step by step through each part of the experience and all of us really felt quite the adrenaline rush with each "zip".
Then it was off to cave tubing. Adelso was our guide. He was very informative through the jungle part explaining many interesting things about the trees and insects of the area. The float through the caves was great too. We had a wonderful time. And lunch was exceptional.
Thanks so much for a wonderful day and we hope to be able to visit with you sometime again!
Blessings,

Dear Donna and staff,
Thank you so much for the hospitality, sincerely friendly staff and
wonderful memories at Jaguar Paw. I found your location from an ad on
gmail and never dreamed it would be as great of an experience as it
was. I would like to especially thank Alfredo, Clarence and Miguel
for taking such good care of my best friend, Cody and I. We had the
perfect guides for cave tubing with Alfredo, The Mayan ruins with
Clarence and Miguel for shopping in Belize City. We count ourselves
very lucky to have met each of you. The office and wait staff were
also very kind and helpful. It says a lot about how you run your
resort in that many of your staff have been there several years.
I will be back with my kids in 2010, thanks again!

Subject: Thanks from Dave, Greg, and Becca
Dear Donna,
A platium blond; running a jungle resort; in a rain forest; with her own exotic animals that she shares with her guests, is like a plot out of a Bogart and Becall movie, but you're it, and you're real.
Everyone who visits you, experiences the most unbelievable time of their life. Your rooms are decorated beyond belief; your dining and bar are excellent; your activities are fantastic, and your staff is to be envied by all resorts.
Greg, Becca, and I wish you and yours the very best always, and we thank you deeply for the fantesy vacation that you gave to us. We'll be back.

Miss D,
Hello my name is Connie and I stayed at your resort this last February with 3 of my friends. I must say it was the time of our lives and are saving our money to try and visit you again. During our stay we were able to meet Gumbo the rescued howler monkey and I was just wondering how he is. There was talk of releasing him back into the wild or keeping him close and safe. Can you please let me know what ever happened to the monkey who stole all four of our hearts during our stay with you. Also another who became a great friend was Lucky the friendly protective German Shepard how is she doing as well.
Again thank you for the amazing trip of our life and we hope to make it back to your resort soon.
Thank you,
Connie Maran |

Dear Donna and the Amazing Jaguar Paw Staff,
Roger and I just returned from our vacation and wanted to send a note of thanks to all of you for welcoming us into your beautiful jungle lodge. We had such a relaxing time in the tranquil and peaceful setting that you've created. We both commented that our favorite spot was reading our books next to your beautiful pool. The sound of the waterfall was simply mesmerizing.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Aerial Canopy Tour. Your guides are very knowledgeable and made us feel extremely safe having been our first time to experience a Zip Line Tour. Our first trip to the Belize Zoo was such a pleasure. We loved seeing all the animals in their natural habitat. Of course, you have your own little zoo with the 4 dogs, 4 puppies, 8 kutamundi, and 1 spider monkey (just what we saw in the 2 days we were there). What a treat for your guests to have those special friends running around! Lucky adopted us right from the start and was waiting at the doorstep to our room both mornings. Roger almost put in his suitcase your little spotted puppy - just adorable!
I took a lot of pictures, especially of your furry friends, and will send you some of the best ones.
Again, our sincere thanks for your hospitality and we look forward to hosting you and your kind staff at Xanadu Island Resort or Landings at Tres Cocos - www.landingstrescocos.com - in the near future.
Kind regards,
Su

In the above nice review the guest mentions placing a coffee maker in the rooms. Jaguar Paw is a remote Jungle Resort that runs on generators. The rooms are air conditioned and have hot and cold running water but appliances, such as coffee makers, in the room are not possible. We offer as many creature comforts as we can safely provide.
